Hello,

I have the latest version of ACS and the client exits suddenly after startup, with no error messages. I only have the following details in the 5.24.145\DebugLogs\Client\AcsClient.exe.warnings.log,

I have upgraded to 5.26.166, and still have the same issue, although I have managed to close an open tab before it exits this time.

Hi Anthony,

What is your workstation configuration? is it a Windows PC running both ACS client and server?

Hello Jose,

It is a Windows 10 Enterprise x64 VM, running the ACS client only. Quad vCPU, 16GB RAM with VMware SVGA 3D vGPU, dual extended display (1920x1080 each). I use a Teradici Zero client to access it (VMware Horizon View).

Quite a few versions ago, the client worked fine. I have tried removing and reinstalling the ACS client, clearing all registry settings and removing any redundant files in-between.

If the client connects, and the workspace contains no tabs with live video, there will be no sudden exit of the client (e.g. configuration tab only open).

Connecting to a different server brings the same result.

I am also wondering if the client is able to send any crash reports if this is happening?
