i have a problem with an Axis 70U device. After loosing all settings, the Status Light flahes red and in the message in the display says "connect via webbrowser" After restoring the settings by loading the config file, the device works, i can scan documents and/or send them via email. But the Status Light still flashes red. Although the network light is still off, as there were no traffic via network, but it works. When i turn off an restart the device, only the version number is shown in the display, but not the device name.
Any hints?

Turn the engine on. If the status LED lamp keeps flashing in RED, the device requires to be in service. Press the button [ Feed ]. If after pressing the [ Feed ] button, the LED lamp begins flashing in RED, then DK roll may not have been properly mounted in the device. beside this you can check Geek Squad Tech Support Number for tech related help.
