Hello,

Has anyone ever managed to get the Axis cameras to post direct to Amazon S3 using HTTP?

Cheers

There is no S3 target so you need to host a webserver and have a script (perl, php, etc) to handle the POST attachment. You can store the images on S3 however you like from there like dropping it into a directory that is a mounted S3 bucket, or taking the attachment and posting to to S3 via the S3 API....

Hi,

we recently released application CamScripter App (https://camstreamer.com/camscripter-about) for Artpec-6 cameras (and higher in feature) which allows to run your own scripts and logic within its environment. So all logic with capturing data and sending them to external API is processed on the camera. You can also fetch data from external API and show them in the picture.

SDK of Amazon S3: https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-js

Best, Filip
