I have a P5635-E Mk II PTZ that is not powering on at all. I checked Ethernet connection, checked poe switch, tried using a poe injector, different patch cables, try re-setting and nothing.
Is this thing fried or am i missing something here. HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.

You'll want to use the IP66 connector for ethernet. But you can get away with a regular patch cable jammed in there to test it on your bench. But be sure to use the IP66 for a permanent connection. Check that it's terminated correctly and there are no breaks in the cable between the connector and your switch. It's better if you can test/verify this with a cable testing device.

What POE injector did you test with? Has it worked before and stopped working? What type of switch is it you're using? What did you 'reset'??
