When using the supplied T8154 midspan to power the Q6000-E/Q6055-E (360/PTZ combo), I can only connect to the Q6000-E. The Q6055-E PTZ powers up but I get no network connection. I've been told by some colleagues to use the 60W midspan that does not have the SFP port but seems crazy that the supplied midspan doesn't work. Has anyone else had this issue?

Are you using DHCP? If not both cameras will be on 192.168.0.90 hence can't see them both. Use Axis Device Manager https://www.axis.com/en-gb/products/axis-device-manager to find both products using IP .90 IP address or Zero-Conf address. Then assign correct IP addresses.
Alternatively just power up each product separately to make sure they work and set the IP address through the GUI!
