Hi
we have approximately 30 AXIS V5915 PTZ cameras. about 20% of them, on restart via the camera web UI will take a long time to restart. approx 5 minutes to come back up (they use static IPs) and when they do, the RTSP stream from the camera and also visible in the web UI is a black screen with the white text "camera initializing, please wait ..."
once its like this it may go back to normal with a restart but often its only a factory reset that gets it back to normal.
It doesn't happen on all of our units however, which is odd

any ideas before i get logs, etc?

Must be some hanged process that the camera cannot kill. Load Axis support ACAP on the camera with the issue. Run support ACAP and enable monitoring and do a restart. You should be able to find what hanged.
