Hello,

For our church we have an axis-p5415-e camera with a computer (i5-gtx950-8gb ram) running internet exployer.
The camera and pc are connected by a gigabit ethernet switcher.
The camera supports 1920x1080 with 25 fps. But the results are far less..
Even with lower settings the feed is very hesitant and buggy.

Is the problem with the computer or is there something else that causes this?
If it is the computer, what are the system requirements for an stable full hd video feed?

Thanks in advance and hapy new year!

Marc

Axis product is well able to supply at least 1 stream at maximum resolution and at full frame rate.

It is usually network congestion or too many streams requested that cause a drop in frame rate or video lagging or jittery.

You have to share your unit's server report for us to help you.

Obtaining Axis server report : http://<camera ip>/axis-cgi/admin/serverreport.cgi?mode=zip_with_image

Without it the fault cannot be isolated and it will only be wild guess, use a google drive or dropbox to share the document.

For large files you can use http://www.wetransfer.com
