Post subject:  Companion Recorder remote access stopped functioning

I had my AXIS Companion Recorder 4CH up and running with three M3046-V cameras and all was working great. My router died and after swapping it out the remote access stopped functioning. Locally they work fine but I can't connect remotely through my app any more.

I don't remember adding any port rules on the previous router. From the AXIS Companion desktop app I have the remote access config page pulled up and when I disable and try to re-enable I'm getting "Could not communicate with the internet". Any ideas? I've rebooted the recorder and cameras and dug around to see if I need to be opening any ports to my recorder but can't find anything.

Any help would be great. Thanks!

Your new router IP address is not the same as the old.
