Hi,

We are experiencing continuing issues with Axis encoders, particularly the P7216.

At times we can access all 4 channels, but lately channels 1, 3 & 4 are okay, with channel 2 dropping offline.
It seems to have recurred a few times, previously we could log in to it eventually and reboot it remotely, when not possible we would simply power cycle the whole unit. We are now having no luck as it never comes back up?

Any advice?

Can we log into the device itself locally and check the channel network details have not been corrupted?
