hello, I have an Axis camera model P1448-LE, it was installed and configured a week ago, in the course of these days the client called me to inform that it was not working, many tests were carried out in the field including change of POE, change the port on the switch, change the network cable, reset the factory, but nothing worked.
Any recommendation?

The best approach in cases like this would be calling our technical support to continue with the troubleshooting.
