Hi,

We have had several instances of this where the cameras seem to somehow lose their IPv4 settings, it all appears as normal on the device manager though.

When we access the camera with a default IP address or possibly a DHCP IP starting with 169.254.xx we have to reset the camera, reassign and config the IP address to what we need. The issue is the cameras are not readily accessible on a motorway so it is difficult to carry out this at night time. It also seems to lose the licence as well which is an issue.

Anyone have any advice?

Is the control button jammed? If it is this will default the camera every time the camera lose power or reboot. As the result of the default, the IP camera will also be lost. You can easily verify this with by checking other settings you have customised.
