|Post subject:||A8004-VE Call Disconnects on Answer After Phone Transfer|
We have set up an action rule so that when there is No Answer on primary recipient, it will call a second recipient. Both recipients are Cisco VOIP video phones. The call transfers without a problem, and the second phone rings, but as soon as you answer the second recipient's phone, the call disconnects. We even see video on the phone for about a second after answering, but the call immediately disconnects. The weird thing is that it did seem to work one time, but it has not worked again. Anyone know what could be causing this? Thanks!

Disregard. I figured it out. I didn't have a wait time set on my action rules, so I guess the repeating rule would make the phone disconnect when you finally did answer.
