we have recently installed 2 Yealink T94G handsets using the 3CX SIP Server. The handsets are used to open a door via an Axis A8105-E Door Station.
The issue we are facing is, we use DTMF to send a command to the doorstation to open the door from the T49G. We are unable to get the DTMF signal to respond when the T49G's are called from the door station. Although we can get the DTMF to work if we call the doorstation from the handset. This is a bad outcome as the call will always start from the doorstation.

Ok. You will have to check the configuration of the local SIP server and look into the logs on why the connection fail to establish.
This together with the A8105 server report will give you help you to isolate the cause of the failure.
