I have a customer who is interested in installing an A1001 in their office suite. The main building uses Keri Systems KC10X access cards and they would like to be able to uses these cards with the A1001 so that the one card gets them into the building and their office suite. Can the A4010 read the Keri KC10X cards? Is there a A1001 compatible reader that can? Thanks.

If the Keri cards are using a standard format, then you will be able to natively use them.

Keri is one access control system I have never used.

If the KC10X cards are 125KHz or 13.56MHz then you should be able to see them with a reader that supports those frequencies. You can read the RAW data from the cards and just use that as a credential. Or, if you want to build a format for the A1001, you can get several of their Keri cards. Then, you read them all and get the RAW. Convert the RAW from HEX to binary and try and do a compare and contrast to figure out the format and build it in the format section of the A1001.
