We have installed several exterior PoE cameras and have had to utilize the Axis Network Cable Coupler 5503-431 because there is nowhere else to make the LAN connection.

The problem we are now having is moisture building up and shorting out the power.

I am thinking about filling the entire unit with dielectric grease. However, a co-worker is adamant that doing this will not work as intended and cause other issues with the camera.

Does anyone have a suggestion to eliminate moisture in this coupler?

Thank you.[/img]
