On a brand new HP Z620 PC I'm experiencing extremely slow boot, only when the set of T8310 (joystick, jog dial and keyboard) is connected though the USB port. The start up could take sometimes up to 10 minutes.
When I disconnect the set, the PC starts up normally.
When I connect only the joystick, the PC also behaves normally.

After the boot the PC is showing degraded performance, opposed to normal performance when the set is disconnected.

I have same behavior over 4 new HP Z620s with the T8310 set.

Did anyone experienced that and what suggestions could you give to tackle the issue.

Thank you for your reply.

The software being used to operate the AXIS board set is Milestone Smart Client 7 64 bit. It has the latest plugin from Milestone installed. The board is activated in the Smart Client.

The PCs are brand new HP Z620 with pre-installed Windows 7 64-bit.

What's my wild guess, some of the pre-installed drivers on the HP workstation is messing up the driver coming from the AXIS board.

Hi !

Any news about this ?

Cause i have exactly the same problem

The 3 Axis boards on a HP Z420 and Windows 7 64bits

If the boards are plugins, the computer boot, keeps on the HP Bios logo for 5 to 10min and boot correctly
If i unplung the boards, the computer boots normally
