Good morning,

We have the T8415 tool downloaded the app from google store.

Tried to connect to it, but keeps saying obtaining IP address. My phone cannot connect to the tool.

The same with laptop. The laptop is not seeing the wireless tool.

Hi,

What is the status indicator light on the T8415. Looks light the firmware did not load properly or not at all. Take a snapshot of all the indicators of in front of the T8415 and share a link.

I don't know how to get intouch with you via Skype. Tried to type in your user name didn't show up.

The WLAN blue indicator was flashing initially when I was trying to connect. but not solid blue light. Not sure how to post image here in this forum.
