I have installed the Cross Line Detection app on my camera (AXIS Companion Eye LVE Network Camera) but when I click the Open button on the app's page, it opens a new page that never loads. (Actually, it did load the first time, in Firefox, and said I had to use Internet Explorer. So I visited the camera's web server with IE11 (with, I hasten to add, Compatibility View disabled) and it complained that my browser isn't supported! So I have to use IE but I can't use IE... I've repeatedly tried to access the configuration page on Firefox and Chrome, but neither loads the page (the path of which is http://<server ip>/local/CrossLineDetection/setup.shtml). So I can't configure the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled it, but didn't even manage to get to the "use IE" page that time. Any ideas, please?

Hi Richard,

I don't think the AXIS Companion Eye LVE is compatible with the cross line detection app.

Please contact the Technical Support to confirm.
