On my dual screen setup and with ACS camera station 3 used for live view, I want to have a split view 2x3 on monitor 1 and a monitor view for the last camera on monitor 2. Is there a way to tell ACS to go to this setup as default when launching the software?

If not, is there a way to assign a hot key that will bring up the last camera in monitor mode on monitor 2?

i dont know of a way to do that. but I run my monitors as one big monitor using the Eyefinity stuff in my Ati video card . Then I just have my client maximized and a split view with multiple split views inside it to achiveve something like what you want to do. Then you can have the client open that full screen when started

You can launch another ACS window in the latest 3.41 version so on one monitor you have one view and another you have a completly different view. Not sure how to get it to default to either monitor.
